Ordering and Specification

What we need from you, and what happens before anything is built.

No. We build single units and we build fleets. Pricing improves with volume, so tell us the quantity when you enquire and we will price accordingly.

The chassis, the duty and the destination country cover most of it. A tender specification works, and so does a rough sketch. Where something important is missing, we ask rather than guess.

Yes. Our engineers review them against the chassis you have chosen. Where something will not work in practice, we say so at review rather than after the build has started.

Yes. Send it to us and we build on it. Because we sit inside a free zone, a chassis you send in does not attract import duty while it is with us.

Usually. Send photographs and the specification of the existing unit. Matching an in-service fleet keeps your crews trained on one layout and your spares list short.

Yes, but it costs time and sometimes money. Changes before fabrication starts are usually straightforward. Once the body is cut, a change means rework, and we tell you what that adds before we proceed.

Building Your Vehicle

How a vehicle is built, checked and configured for where it will work.

We produce drawings and a specification sheet for your requirements. Nothing is cut until you approve both in writing. That approval is the point the build schedule runs from.

No. Fabrication, wiring, upholstery, paint and testing all happen at our Jebel Ali facility. Your build does not get driven across the emirates to a third party and back.

Yes. Clients are welcome at the workshop by appointment. Tell us when you place the order and we agree inspection points in the build schedule.

Both. Tell us the destination country and we confirm the correct configuration, along with any local homologation the vehicle will need on arrival.

Yes. Climate control, insulation and battery specification all change with the operating temperature. Tell us the ambience range the vehicle will work in and we size the system for it.

Tell us which standard your tender specifies and we confirm in writing whether we can meet it before quoting. We would rather decline a clause than agree to one we cannot deliver.

Delivery, Payment and Support

Getting the vehicle to you, paying for it, and what happens afterwards.

Yes. We sit inside Jebel Ali Free Zone, minutes from Jebel Ali Port. You can collect from our gate, or we arrange freight and handle the export paperwork.

Most destinations are reachable from Jebel Ali. Tell us the destination port and we quote the freight alongside the vehicle rather than leaving it as a separate cost to discover later.

Yes. Fleet orders normally run in batches, so your first units enter service while the rest are still in build. Tell us how many you need immediately and we will schedule that.

Terms are agreed by order and confirmed in writing before production starts. Government and institutional buyers usually have their own procurement terms, and we work to those where we can.

The chassis warranty stays with the chassis manufacturer. Our conversion work is warranted separately by us. Terms vary by manufacturer and by country, so ask before ordering and we will tell you exactly where the line falls for your chassis.

Tell us the country operating when you order. We cover parts supply in the quotation rather than leaving it to be worked out after handover.
